Ughughugh I feel like a poo storm in the fandom is gonna erupt again soon.
Just like, randomly around I’ve seen some people arguing ‘n there’s more ship hate and ughhh everything I hate seeing basically is happening.
I don’t even wanna read that hetaliaunpopularopinions “I dislike USUK” thinger not because “Ohhhhh I’m too butthurt that people don’t like my OTP wahwahh” but just because I really don’t want to feel kinda down today. I read Mika’s response because she usually has really well-written retorts, but then I looked around and some USUKers agreed with it as well?
I don’t know. Personally I don’t think I should just to maintain my mood but eh, would that be considered ignorant?

I know there are a lot more discrepancies between pairings but these four really need to put their big kid panties on and get over the fact that yeah! That character can be shared! This coming from a major USUKer who used to really not like FRUK (now I have no problem but I don’t ship it).
Rusame shippers seem to be pretty set? Gerita shippers too? Sorry if there’s some tension I’m unaware of, I don’t mean to belittle it.
‘N every pairing! Really! Just love your pairing! This doesn’t mean you have to hate on other shippers or pairings— what’s the point? Yeah you don’t have to like every character or ship, I understand this (just make sure you don’t hate the country it represents [that’s pointless], only the character).
As a fandom, we’re bashed a lot. People out of the fandom have even noticed this!
What does it say about us if we can’t even get our own crap together?
We should just try our best to get along so if there’s an attack from another fandom we’re ready, we act intelligently, we stick together, ‘n we defend one another!
That’s really what Hetalia’s about to, laughing at ourselves ‘n others [lightly of course, not mockery]! Why are we acting so hateful and serious at this ridiculous series? It’s supposed to unify us!
